Then you will arrive on our partner's secure banking portal in order to make the payment. Be careful about the dates and times you have selected. We are not responsible for any incorrect handling you may make when making a reservation.

Would you like to pay by credit card, check or cash for your sea trip in the Esterel coves? Several options are available to you :

• Bank card on our website by completing the reservation form (recommended)

• Bank card on the day of boarding with the captain via his TPE

• Check payable to Sea West on the day of boarding to be given to the captain

• Cash on the day of embarkation to be given to the captain

• Holiday vouchers accepted up to 50% of the total amount of tickets

• Electronic holiday voucher accepted up to 50% of the total amount of tickets

We accept holiday vouchers which are nominative and prepaid vouchers. We ask that the name given when booking for the coves of Fréjus and Saint Raphaël be identical to that on the check.

Weather conditions have a direct impact on the comfort and safety of our passengers, it is a factor that we do not control. We consult the various marine weather reports that we have available regularly, even several times a day. We try to interpret these elements as best as possible to notify you as quickly as possible in the event of cancellation or postponement.

The weather deteriorates and Sea You Sun maintains; This is because we believe that despite a few drops or the little wind forecast we will have a good time and that your excursion will remain memorable.

If the conditions are not good, Sea You Sun reserves the right to cancel sea trips to the coves of Saint Raphael or Fréjus. We offer you two possibilities:

• Postponing your excursion depending on schedule availability
• Cancellation and full refund of your reservation

Do you want to cancel or postpone your excursion with the Saint Raphael Sea You Sun boats? No problem, contact our sales department by email "contact@sea-u-sun.fr" or by telephone at 04.83.73.92.03 at least 48 hours before the date of the excursion.

Please note: If you wish to cancel your reservation totally or partially within 48 hours before the date of the excursion, according to our General Terms and Conditions the service is due in full.

To best prepare for your excursion with Sea You Sun sea trips, don't forget to take with you :

• Solar cream
• Cap
• Sunglasses
• Swimsuit
• Towel
• Depending on the time of the season, a small windbreaker can be useful for a morning or end-of-day outing
• Mask ( if you want to observe underwater life )
• Bottle of water to drink at your convenience
• Don't forget to take something to immortalize this excursion (camera, camera, etc.)

On board our boats you can store your belongings in the lockers under each seat.

In the morning we enjoy exceptional colors with increasing brightness which, thanks to the humidity of the night, brings out all the colors of the coastline. Then we end with the sun at its zenith and at that moment, it is the color of the seabed and the sea that enchants us the most.

In the afternoon, it’s the opposite.

We prefer morning outings and the very last one of the day, the weather is calmer and we are very often alone at this time of the day at sea.

What is seasickness?

We will say that communication between the inner ear and the eye is difficult on a boat, the brain is not capable of anticipating the rolling movements of the boat and is unable to process the sensory information received. Sea You Sun boats have a low center of gravity which greatly reduces the phenomenon of rolling and therefore seasickness. To prevent symptoms as much as possible, you must respect 3 rules : you must avoid Cold, Hunger and Fatigue!

You must therefore be perfectly rested and have eaten well on the day of boarding. Many of you make the mistake of thinking that if you don't eat, you won't get sick. Fake ! There are some treatments such as Mercalm and Nausicalm to take at least 30 minutes before boarding. If this happens to you during the visit, contact the pilot who will do his best to help you.

Sea You Sun offers you during the excursion, a break in an unusual place where the captain will have the opportunity to drop anchor. It's time to chat about the holidays with a nice glass of chilled rosé in hand. For others it is that of the diving competition and the discovery of the seabed. The refreshing break is a moment of relaxation and sharing during which you have the opportunity to swim in one of the small coves.

Please note: Sea You Sun is not a diving school, does not offer snorkeling, snorkeling or other activities. Swimming is under your entire responsibility, as stipulated in our T&Cs in the event of an incident or control by the authorities Sea You Sun cannot be held responsible.

We remind our kind customers to be present for boarding a few minutes before. In the event of a delay, the captain will not be able to wait for you and Sea You Sun cannot be held responsible if you have not boarded. No refund, postponement or commercial gesture may be required from the customer.

Whether in Fréjus or Santa Lucia, parking lots are nearby to allow you to leave your car.

• If you have an excursion departing from Saint Raphael with Sea You Sun, you can park directly in the Santa Lucia port parking lot. Nearly 1000 places are available to welcome you, some of which are even free. All you have to do is walk a few meters to reach the boats of Saint Raphael.
• If you have an excursion departing from Fréjus with Sea You Sun, you can park in the nature base parking lot.

The Sea You Sun pilot team is made up of sea professionals who hold at least a 200 UMS captain's certificate. This diploma, recognized throughout the world, can only be acquired by having completed naval school and having completed a certain number of hours of navigation.

Several modules make up this now highly sought-after patent :

• Level 1 medical training
• CFBS (Basic Safety Training Certificate)
• CRO (restricted radio operator certificate)
• PSE1 (level 1 team first aid)

Our captains are also trained to maneuver and pilot in difficult weather conditions. Sea You Sun is committed to recruiting competent staff for the safety and comfort of its passengers.

Sea You Sun boats are commercially registered boats. During construction, these boats are subject to specifications and specificities related to passenger transport. Maritime authorities define what boats must carry on board to provide safety and first aid. Only a certified* navy captain can pilot this type of boat, in no case a coastal or offshore license passed in a few days. Insurance and RCP are mandatory to practice this regulated activity.

Every year the Ship Safety Center travels to check the Sea You Sun boats, safety equipment, fire extinguisher, pharmacy, life jackets, pyrotechnic box, etc. The SSC then issues a one-year navigation license* which authorizes us to sail with passengers.

* Individuals who rent their boat with a skipper carry out the exercise of transporting passengers for hire from a vessel not registered with the navy, this constitutes a serious offense of illegal exercise of command and can be reclassified as hidden work.
