The Venice of Provence and the Gulf of St-Tropez

For more than 100 years, this large village has been the meeting place for celebrities in search of authenticity. Nowadays, international artists and stars have made their vacation spot there, some anchoring their yachts there.

To access this exceptional place and avoid long traffic jams and the complicated and expensive search for parking, we suggest you take our boat from Saint-Raphaël, as a maritime shuttle.

Your excursion will first take you to the legendary Gulf of Saint Trop where you can admire some of the most beautiful yachts on the French Riviera. You will follow the coast of Sainte Maxime towards the Provençal Venice “Port Grimaud”, a true haven of tranquility where colorful houses mingle (pink, blue, yellow etc…), exceptional boats moored at the end of small Mediterranean gardens . The captain will navigate the different canals towards the center of this unique lakeside city, giving you plenty of time to take beautiful photos.

Now is the time to leave for the small town of Saint Tropez via the Cogolin navy. When you arrive, you will certainly be surprised to find yourself facing XXL-sized yachts in a small port which in the past saw traditional Saint-Tropez fishing boats sail.

Your captain will drop you off at the port of Saint-Tropez, a few steps from the market and strategic points of the city. It will be easy for you to freely access the old town. You will have one hour (subject to weather conditions) to discover the typical streets, its church and its colorful bell tower in contrast with the azure blue of the sky and the sea.

After this terrestrial discovery, head towards the bay of the Canoubiers and its dream villas, see the wooden pontoon where for many seasons the television series “Sous le Soleil” was filmed, a little further on we will arrive in front of the Madrague.. . famous property of Madame Brigitte Bardot purchased some time after the filming of the film “And god… created woman”. This protector of the animal cause has greatly contributed to making Saint Tropez today a popular place for the jet set from all over the world.

This activity in Fréjus will allow you to take magnificent photos at moderate speed, you will be able to admire the wonders of this part of the Mediterranean coast.

Then your captain will take you back, without any boat traffic problems from St-Tropez to St-Raphaël.
